Currently Kensa fully supports Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram campaigns). We also support analysis of any CSV of your choice - with the Agency plan. Support for additional platforms is actively in development and coming soon.
Most reports are generated in under 10 seconds. The exact time depends on the size of your file, but even large datasets with hundreds of rows are processed in seconds.
Yes. Your uploaded files are processed in memory and are never stored permanently on our servers. We take data privacy seriously and your client data stays confidential.
Your report generation will be paused until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock more reports immediately.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fees.
