2. Uploaded Data (Important)

Kensaworks is designed with a minimal data storage approach.

• Uploaded CSV/Excel files are processed in memory only
• Files are not stored on our servers
• Generated PDF reports are not stored and are streamed directly to your browser

👉 We do not retain or store any marketing data from your uploaded files.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website and improve our Services.

Google Analytics may collect:

• Time spent on pages
• Device and browser information

• Vercel – frontend hosting
• Shopify – subscription billing and payment processing
• Resend – transactional emails
• Sentry – error monitoring (configured to not collect personal identifiable information)

These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service.

7. Payments

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Shopify.

• We do not store or have access to your payment details
• Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners
