These Terms govern your use of kensaworks, operated by EQUINOXEDGE LTD.

1. Service Description

Kensaworks is a web-based software tool that allows users to upload advertising data and generate performance reports.

The service is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You must:

Provide accurate information
Keep your credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Shopify
Payments are handled by third-party providers
We do not store payment details

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

However, by purchasing a subscription and accessing the service immediately, you expressly agree to waive this right once the service has begun.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or billing provider. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service unlawfully
Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

The data you upload
Ensuring you have the right to use such data

Kensaworks does not store uploaded files or reports.

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kensaworks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We are not responsible for decisions made based on generated reports

Kensa does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated reports. Users are responsible for verifying all data before making business decisions.

The information provided by Kensa is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, business, or investment advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
